Electra-Saver II series are workhorse air compressors that range from 75hp all the way to 200hp. These rotary screw 60Hz compressor packages are Direct Drive with oversized airends and bearings, ensuring energy savings and long life.

These compressors have premium package features such as stainless steel control tubing, properly sized heat exchangers, direct drive gear-less compressor air end, energy efficient motors, heavy duty inlet filter and optional enclosure.

Direct Drive Non-Geared Airend

Increased bearing life (L-10 life in excess of 100,000 hours) due to large tapered roller bearings.
Permanent alignment of the flexible coupling between airend and motor assured by right C/D-Flange mounting.

Rotors

Precision milled rotors to tolerances within .0002” provides efficient air compression.
Extended bearing life due to vibration free performance – a result of matched rotors, and bearing system design.

Intensive Injection

6-8% improved full load operating efficiency provided by patented intensive injection lubrication system.

Maintenance Reducing Design Features

Simplified access to air/oil separator.
Can reduce maintenance time up to 90%.
Easy access to air filter mounted directly to the inlet valve.
Spin-on ten micron full-flow oil filters ensure longer lubricant life and protection for all working parts.

Eliminator Air/Oil Separator

Has TWICE the surface area of conventional separators for better separation and longer life.
Low carry-over…… less than 2 parts per million, measured BEFORE the aftercooler, at 100PSIG (6.9 bar), full load operation.
