Aluminum Worm Gear Reducers

This Aluminum Worm Gear Reducer is a lightweight design, has 7.5:1 to 80:1 ratios in Box sizes 30 to 90. Two bearings on input and output shafts with a hardened worm shaft for increased durability. It has hollow output bores with plug-in output shafts and NEMA motor input flanges. All units are filled with synthetic oil and use double lip oil seals to prevent leakage. No vent plug or breather is needed to make this a maintenance free reducer. Epoxy paint is applied to the inside and outside of the reducer to protect against corrosion. There are multiple mounting holes for all angle mounts that are required.
