Shaft Input and Shaft Output Gear Reducers

These shaft input and outputs are produced with one piece of Fc20 all cast iron housings and are available with 5:1 to 60:1 ratios in Box sizes 133 to 325. Double tapered roller bearings are used on both S45C carbon steel shaft ends. Units are filled with Mobil # SHC634 synthetic oil and utilize an interior oil channel guide that directly and consistently lubes the bearings. Albc3 aluminum-bronze gears are used and a shaft sleeve protects all shafts as does embedded double-lip oil seals. Anti-rust primer is applied inside and outside the gearbox that is finished in air dry special black paint. The reducer has all angle – radiused mounting holes to make use of its compact design with compact space capability and universal interchangeability.
