The hydrovane HRRS Series enclosed variable speed rotary vane compressor line offers world class flexibility and reliability, and the smallest footprint of any rotary compressor in the industry. Slow speed direct drive operation, coupled with few moving parts means less components to fail and no power loss through belts or gears. Maintenance costs are reduced by the simple construction and grouped service components.
Most air installations operate between 40% and 75% of full load capacity.
A savings of 50% or more in energy costs can be achieved by supplying only the compressed air needed to meet the air demand. Available at 10 hp, the HR RS Series includes all of the features of the fixed speed hydrovane, yet is designed to consume the least amount of electricity to meet the air demand.
